How credits work
- One credit is deducted when you request a recommendation.
- Monthly credits (subscription or free) are used first, then pack credits.
- Monthly credits don't roll over. Pack credits never expire.
- You can cancel a subscription anytime and keep using it until the period ends.
Credit pack refund policy
- Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no pack credits have been used.
- 50% refund within 30 days of purchase if 25 (50%) or fewer pack credits have been used.
- No refund otherwise (after 30 days, or more than 25 credits used).
- Pack credits never expire and are used only after your monthly credits (subscription or free) run out.
